SUPPORT FOR INDIGENOUS PARTICIPATION
The CZC2023 organizing committee is hoping to attract significant interest and participation from Indigenous communities across the country. We have had many potential attendees reach out, asking about financial support to facilitate attendance. We are very pleased to announce that Naut’sa mawt Event Management, with support from the local organizing committee, has successfully applied for funding from Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada’s First Nation Adapt Program to support this outcome.

Indigenous people and/or employees of Indigenous governments, organizations and communities across Canada are eligible to be compensated for conference registration, travel, accommodation, food, and potentially other costs to attend CZC2023 in beautiful Victoria, B.C.  Funds are limited and compensation will be on a first-come first-served basis.  If you or someone you know may be interested, please visit our website and fill out the associated Google form by May 7th. We’d also appreciate your help in spreading the word!
